"Auto Player" will be playing. To randomly change tunes click the "New Selection" button. To selectively play or download files click the "Download Midis and Player Page" button . . .

To play a file just "left" click the file name. The auto player will stop and your selection will be played. To download, "right" click the file name for the menu, then "left" click the "Save Link As" menu item. Be sure of what folder on your computer you are downloading to.
