    A few paragraphs of text follows, to help in your homepage layout. The COEASE homepage is not machine generated, it is all hand crafted, thus may be setup precisely as you want. So rather than have a group of predefined options (other than the sample web site), we can more nearly design to your specifications by using plain worded descriptive text, as you may type into the lower text box. After the site is partially setup, you will be able to view it, making it much easier for you to make final design decisions and advise us of your opinions and desired changes..   • Your Internet web site will be placed as you desire, such as in your existing reserved space with your Internet Service Provider, for example, in Mohave County, Arizona, with ctaz.com (Citizens Utilities Co.) Or it can be placed with one of many Internet "Free Site" Providers. The placement is made based upon research results indicating the best over all service. Computer Ease has no relationship with any of those providers, acting only as an agent for you. These "site providers" generally sell commercial advertising to third parties, thus generating their income, and enabling them to provide the free service. Normally their will be a small add that accompanies your page. This, in most cases can be avoided by paying a small monthly fee. This is an on going option you may switch to at any time. The various providers offer free space in the range of one to two kilobytes up to 5 megabytes, ample for most site requirements, assuming optimal file types are managed correctly. Note that all site providers have the typical regulations relative to legality, copyrights, obscenity, etc. You agree to these regulations by accepting your Internet site.

    You too of course, may register with Internic and have your own private domain name, such as yourchoice.com. Internic charges initially, in advance, $100.00, paying two years. After the first two years you then will be billed at $50.00 per year. To maintain your private domain you must either have your own server setup or rent space with any of several space providers. The space rents for about $25.00 and up, monthly, depending upon the available options. Most space providers include this domain registration service in a one time setup fee, which usually is in the area of one month's rental fee.

    Any future services, or future charges, must be by separate agreement.

  • Payment may be made at any time, transferring certified ownership of all relative files to you. Computer Ease will continue providing your site maintenance for a reasonable fee based upon separate agreement. Depending upon whether your site is personal or business, and your business needs, there may be no updating maintenance needed.
