A typical frames page, click on any item in the left "menu" frame and it can appear in this main window, or a full screen window if preferred. A given page can have as many frames with assorted sizes as desired. Borders may be visible as they are here, or no visible borders. Scroll bars can also be removed. Too many frames create congestion and confusion. But frames used correctly can offer many advantages and be very effective.
All the "Your Function Buttons" and links are presently the same. Different images and page links, unlimited in number can be used. Try them, what are your needs in departments or "pages"?
